and on the 80's tag topic of demolition we must mention the badass jackets of the young stallions! and the masks of the killer bees!!

Oh and I have to give a mention the 2 versions of Kane which has already been mentioned! I mean hands down chained towel head Kane and the original Kane have to be 2 of the most badass ring attires going! I wish they continued with having Kane removed from a van and coming out in chains before each match they really had something with that because when the man broke loose you knew something crazy was going to happen. I remember the fans chanting "Kanes going to snaaaaap" I enjoyed that!

Also a worthy mention for this guy..

I always thought he screamed badass. I remember Joey Styles saying "you've been away haven't you" when Raven first appeared in ECW. I just thought he deserved a mention as it's a badass look without being OTT. Triple H with the denim jacket and sledge hammer in hand has a similar look it's the don't f with me look.

Kevin Thorn now that's a guy that had some nice bad ass attires. The vampire attire with the cane in hand. Then one of my favourite heel gimmicks MORDECAI.. how that never lasted I will never know. I know it's not typical bad ass attire but a twisted priest hell bent on sending everyone to hell and punishing peoples sins? how can that not be badass? :lol:

rude had a bunch of awesome custom airbrush jobs (like the IC belt in the picture) that i never would have thought of mentioning, but now that i see it, i agree.

my bro and i were demolition for halloween when i was like 5. except my mom stuck beads on vests for the costumes instead. i guess there were no midget sex shops around with bondage suits that would fit me.
the facepaint was pretty good though.

I always wondered if he was "allowed" to wear that attire (sparkly hooded jacket) to the ring. I remember reading somewhere that some guys weren't allowed to wear certain things because it would overshadow other guys, something like that. I remember reading Triple H wouldn't let so and so wear this because it made him look like a main eventer and he wasn't a main eventer yet. I forget who I'm talking about here.

I dunno, maybe Christian just saves it for big time match ups? I always hated it when a wrestler (like Christian) would just come out in his standard tights and no shirt to deliver a promo in the ring (no match). Remember when The Rock would come out every week rocking a new $500 shirt everytime?

I can see why Cena comes out wearing the same shirt, just so they can move his merchandise, but it added more to his character when he would come out with his basketball/baseball jerseys wearing the city wherever they were performing at that night.

I somehow get the feeling, which is probably way off, that they don't want him wearing the ring jackets anymore because he wore them in TNA for a longer period than he did in WWE.... so it could be looked at as a "TNA thing".

I don't know about that. That's a bit overboard. If it was a good look, I'm pretty sure Vince wouldn't mind stealing it for his advantage. But then again, this is WWE we're talking about here.

If anything TNA was stealing a "WWE thing", since I remember Christian first used that jacket in WWE in 2005. Length of time is irrelevant in this case, I think. It matters on where he did it first
