pure speculation but maybe somebody knows. when bats had to vacate title in january 06 he was champ for nearly a year. anyone have any idea how long the title was planned to stay on him had he not got hurt? was he drawing very well to be on a long run? who was his feud at the time of the injury?

Yeah I wonder if Batista was actually a draw back then. I wasn't watching around that time.

He was in a feud with over-stretched tendons, over-developed muscle tissue, AND time.

The three continually teamed up on him to take him out.

Only to come back and Batista bomb all three of them.

Then he ripped his back
