That's a rough spot for Phil Davis I think. In my opinion he was still a couple of fights away before he'd be ready for the top guys in the division. I don't think this fight will be all that interesting and Shad will probably wrestle fuck his way to a decision win.

My question is, would the winner of this fight become the #1 contender or would the winner of this fight have to fight the winner of Rampage/Hamill before that is determined?

If Rashad wins he's gonna get his title shot, I would assume, I know Dana doesn't like him but Dana has already said he never wants to see Rampage/Evans 2 unless it's absolutly nessicery.
