For real. Like the films he is in has to be like the most money made. I know Samuel Jackson is way up there, but Hugo is knocking it out with these trologies

Granted the last Three arent out yet, but they will easily surpass 300 Million worldwide.

If he hits up some Pixar like Sam Jackson, he may be up there with him.

Im not saying he is the star, or anything like that. But the dude has been on a roll in basically all major films. People arent going to see him, thats why its so surprising to think about him as possibly near the top of Revenue in films he has been in.

Once his next 3 films play out he should be all over that list.

Would he be on the list? I get that the films he's in are big and make a fuckton of cash but that gets attributed to the star, right?

He's not the star of Captain America. If he makes it into Avengers he'll be billed under 7 or 8 other names (if at all).

Pretty stacked resume but he'll never make a Top 10 Box Office Revenue.

You also forgot V for Vendetta Hanso. It made about 70 million in the theater and another 40 million in DVD Rental sales.

Its not just based on being the star...its just being in a film. (Granted it makes it less impressive thatn starring, but oh well)

This is why Samuel L Jackson owns it - He cameos in tons of movies and just kind of shows up i nthe background and boosts his totals.

Right. That movie made a good amount, and its like his shittiest grossing film.

I also think some people are missing my intentions. I dont think he is an amazing actor (I do like him though) certainly not the best, nor is he a star or the reason these films gross. But he has found himself in the middle of some of the biggest movies ever, and on that alone I thought it was interesting that he could challenge elite stars in career film revenue.

This guy puts his pants on one leg at a time, just like the rest of us.

But once those pants are on, he makes blockbuster movies.

He's IN Blockbuster movies he doesn't make them.
