Pretty much itching to see what Nintendo's been cooking. And hopefully SoulCalibur 5 gets revealed by then if not this month.
|
Microsoft
Debut of the next Nintendo console (RUMOR) Gears of War 3
|
Yeah Project Cafe is obvs what I'm most interested in. New COD, GTAV and RDR2 would be hot though.
|
Fixed the mistake.
Did a copy and paste from Nintendo's section and forgot to replace the names. |
It's all good, just messing with you :p
|
Looking forward to the whole thing :), wondering what Microsoft will pull out of the bag...
Also interesting in seeing Sony's approach after all the PSN shitness. |
New Rockstar games and Fifa is all I care about here.
|
If Kinect doesn't get a presence Microsoft gets an automatic letter grade deduction from whatever I will give them.
Making me sit through SKITTLES. |
NOT THE DREADED KALYX GRADE REDUCTION. HOW WOULD THEY COPE?!
|
By announcing a new Halo.
|
I think you mis-typed "fresh IP". There's no a, l or o in it.
|
I wanna hear it all, but as I only have the 360 atm, I'd rather hear about what I'm most likely to play.

Added in a few more games to the list with Pikmin 3 and Endless Ocean 3 from Nintendo (Pikmin 3 guaranteed to be shown), a new Brothers in Arms from Gearbox, and more stuff on the new Gotham City Impostors game from Warner Bros.
Also rumored is Nintendo will be launching a bunch of new game series with the next Nintendo. Pikmin 3 and the next Super Mario Bros would be the only existing series to get the launch treatment. A few Kinect games were also added: Kinect Sports 2 and Dance Central 2, and an unannounced game from Rare (not Kinect Sports) |
Valve sent out a press release saying they will not be showing off any titles (either new or in development) at E3 but also didn't specifically mention if they will also not be going to E3.
Unless Valve is planning a surprise secret announcement like last year, no chance at HL2: Episode 3 or anything else will be shown. http://www.giantbomb.com/news/son-of...es-at-e3/3212/ |

Konani releases the times and places their Pre-E3 conferences will be taking place. Unlike everyone else using June 6-9 for their conferences, Konami is doing their conference on June 2.

I actually get the honor of going there this year.
|
Lucky bastard.
|
Probably won't be on during the conferences doing my usual live <s>blogging</s> copy/pasting. But I will be joining fellow people who spass out over gaming news in the Destructoid main page chat.
|
Hope the streams are on point this year. Had some hiccups last time.
Also hope Konami has another mindfuck of a conference. |
G4 is covering again. I'll have to make sure I remember to DVR it this year...missed it last year
|
|
I have no real excitement over this, right now :( Just an "I'll check it out" type of out look.
|
Based on the press package Microsoft sent to E3 reporters, Halo CE remake, Tomb Raider remake, and Star Wars Kinect (shown last year) will be part of their E3 press conference.
Another rumor has the next Smash Bros being revealed at this E3 for Nintendo's next console and not the 3DS. Square-Enix also rumored to be making a reboot of Legacy of Kain and should show it off or announce it at E3. Carmageddon reboot is also being confirmed to be revealed before E3 but could also be shown. http://www.giantbomb.com/news/here-c...-updated/3230/ http://www.giantbomb.com/news/oh-wha...kain-too/3232/ http://www.destructoid.com/personali...l-201846.phtml |
I really hope that Smash Bros. rumor is partially true...

A reboot in general, I'm fine with but, please, no DMC style "let's dump the characters in a city for some reason and redesign them!" reboot. |
Hate virtually all reboots. "We've run out of ideas and refuse to move onto new IP." Ugh.
|
LoK's been dead for a while, though.
|
I remember being blown away when I played Soul Reaver for the first time. Being able to go between two "realms" and use any weapon you came across amazed me back then along with the way you fought enemies. Loved it.
I played the first LoK, that was cool but prefered SR. Got the other LoK for Ps2 but my Ps2 refused to read the disc so I missed out :(. I might look up the last LoK game. I'm hoping the reboot is just a story reboot and nothing else. No modern setting or high profile voice actors for the sake of having high profile voice actors. |
The second LOK is an abortion.
|
Blood Omen 2? That was the one I got for the Ps2 but didn't work.
Was going to buy the Xbox version for 62p. Probably wont. |
Blood Omen 2 was the goods
|
Last Guardian for the PS3 appears to be a no-show for Sony's E3 this year after it was announced that the creator/director of the game, Fumito Ueda, won't be appearing at E3 and won't be revealing any game info for the projects being worked on.
The game itself still has a TBA 2012 release date after being pushed out of the late 2011 release window. http://gamrfeed.vgchartz.com/story/8...this-years-e3/ |
GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
