You guys can move this to the appropriate forum, but I have a quick PS3 question

I'm hooking up my PS3 to a TV using an HDMI cord. I can hear what's going on, but it's not showing me anything. I remember once before there was some notification about reading a new HDMI something or other, but don't even remember how I got to that screen. SOMEBODY HELP ME. I NEED TO PLAY BASEBALL RIGHT NOW.

With your PS3 turned off, press and hold the Power button on the front of the PS3 for about 10 seconds (the system will beep as normal as it starts up but after 7-10 seconds it will beep again). The video settings should now be reverted.

This is unfair. You're putting this in casual so you'll get a quicker response. Put this in the Video Game forum and wait for 3 days like everybody else, you piece of shit.

We really need to get that red emergency Hasney phone installed.

Ermaximus 06-07-2011 03:42 PM

Yea, what Shaun Hasney, BOOM, posted is correct. It's one of those odd things you have to do for PS3's everytime you switch between standard and HD cables.

The Jayman 06-07-2011 03:47 PM

you fix the problem by getting an Xbox 360

Anybody Thrilla 06-07-2011 03:49 PM

I love you, Shaun Hansney Boom. Also, The Jayman, I have an X-Box, but I enjoy my PS3 much more. Dickhole.

The Jayman 06-07-2011 03:52 PM

I was trying to be "that guy"

Anybody Thrilla 06-07-2011 03:55 PM

More like "The Gayman" [/originality]

The Jayman 06-07-2011 03:57 PM

Nobody Thrilla [/stupid comeback]

Nark Order 06-07-2011 03:58 PM

One month out of the year, The Jayman should change his name to The MAY-man. That month should be October.

The Jayman 06-07-2011 04:01 PM

That is a fantastic idea.
