STOP LIVING IN THE PAST Vol. 3 (Damn homie): WWE in 2000

Post your favorite moments from 2000

Just reminiscing looking back at the WWE in it's prime

<iframe width="560" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/wXuZ0bUbynM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I remember this time vividly, I was still a mark and I hated seeing Triple H and Steph run wild in WWE, but mainly I wanted to see The Rock be champ again. I used to watch old footage of The Rock and The Corporation so I wanted to see him come back as the champ, this time as the hero.

I remember the day Vince came back to TAKE BACK THE WWE, it was a huge moment, well for me atleast. Vince and Rock back together but this time as the heroes, when only a year ago they were in The Corporation against Stone Cold.

I miss the crowd being so loud and so into everything back then. These days, it's always dead.

Here's a SOLID Rock promo, before his shit became played out and corny. I think this was Rock in his prime as well

Another good hype promo....

Let's spill into the summer...

Who ran over Stone Cold?

The fall of 2000....

Rikishi & Too Cool at the Royal Rumble was the greatest thing ever at the time.

Tazz Dan 07-06-2011 02:52 AM

Actually, second greatest thing after the opening match. Taz's WWF debut.

"It's a good thing those charges were dropped".

Only in pro wrestling can someone get ran over and choose not to press charges. :|

But then-13-year-old-mark me totally ate this up.

This whole era was awesome look at wwe now they just suck compared to this i think the best was when HHH and Stone Cold had there run against each other it made them both huge

The Naitch 07-06-2011 02:51 PM

I know it spilt into 2001, but the Attitude Era died at X7
