Chavo v.s. ???
 

So as everyone saw last night, chavo challenged anyone in the world to come and face him next week on smackdown. WWE will probably do something stupid like dress Mysterio up as Ciclope or something. But just in case they actually did get somebody who do think it will be?

Don't forget Inoki made an assanine statement about how NJPW was the only true wrestling organization a few weeks ago. I wouldn't put it past McMahon to steal one of their cruiserweights just to spite Inoki. Which means we could possibly see Tigermask IV, Heat, or even Jushin Lyger in wwe....of course those are just high hopes.

I'm hoping to god that it is not jeff hardy. Another dream come true would be Dean Malenko return to the ring. But he stated many times that he's done. The big thing that bothered me about that was that he never got the proper send off. If i'm not mistaken his last match wasn't even in a wwe ring.

Wasn't there a rumor that Sonjay Dutt might come to the WWE? He qualifies. ;)

It'd be cool if it were Shane/Hurricane as Shane Helms... Maybe even go as far as keeping him on Raw, but also have him on SmackDown... In other words, have his alter ego (NOT the reporter) be signed on SmackDown... However, the ending of the storyline would be somthing like... Vince or someone comes out and challanges him to prove that he isnt Shane/Hurricane (Shane being Hurricane would work better) at the next PPV, and someone dressed as Hurrican comes out and faces Shane... It eventaully ends with GTV returning and spying on Shane dressing up as Hurricane...

Or just have him be signed on SmackDown as Shane... But you know WWE would do somthing like my orignal idea :shifty:

Well, there have been rumors of Hardy and Dutt recently and JR did say that he wanted to bring Hardy back before he handed over all his duties as head of talent relations to Johnny Ace.

But with only a week before the PPV, I'd imagine that they wouldn't "waste" a debut like that. So I'm going to say Chavo makes his challenge, a guy like Shannon Moore comes out, gets beaten, then Chavo makes the same challenge for Judgment Day, and then we see a big debut/return. Of course, this leaves a big name like Rey Misterio without much to do for a PPV in a huge Latino Market like L.A. but the writers wouldn't drop the ball on that, would they?:shifty:

I'm thinking it will be Paul London, Billy Kidman, Rey Mysterio, etc. I wish they'd bring up Nova or something though.

I don't think it's going to be Hardy/Psicosis/AJ or any of those guys for one reason and one reason only.... All of Those matches would be entertaining and it's become pretty prevelant in the past years that that isn't the WWE's style

I have a feeling it will be Hardy. I hope it isn't Paul London as El Gran Luchadore. I don't think Chavo will be loosing his title, so I think we'll see either a megaface returning (i.e. Hardy) or a new wrestler that wins via coutnout or DQ that gets a rematch and the title at Judgment Day.
