So i got some awesome tix for UFC Fight Night 25 on Sept 17 in NOLA..

I'm pretty pumped right now.. my only concern, i know they are doing an expo with the weigh-in and whatnot but i cant seem to find tix for those events.. I got my fight tix on ticketmaster but they dont handle the expo/weighin tix..

Anyone been?? Do i get those at the box office the day of??

Honestly, as big a fan as I am of Shields, I don't think I'd pay money to watch the fights on that card. New Orleans deserves a PPV, not a shitty fight night.

I completely agree.. We should have gotten a PPV at the arena with Guillard, Creduer, and Pat Berry on the card.. But, i hqve never been to a UFC event.. Been to Elite EX and regional shows.. Im just pumped to be going to a real UFC shiw..

Honestly, with the city's French roots I think GSP vs. Diaz in the Super Dome would have been huge. Not just with American fans, but Montreal fans who would make the trip.

They never do shows in areans that big.. If anything it should be in New Orleans Arena that holds like 17k, nit the Dome that holds like 80k..

They're considering doing a show in Texas Stadium and that thing holds 100,000 plus. I'm just saying, if they were to ever do a super card outside of the usual Vegas or Toronto, New Orleans would be perfect.

So there is no expo but Im sure there will be a weigh in of some sort.. has anyone been?? Do i have to get a seperate ticket or is the event ticket for both??

It was amazing.. Seats were actually 3 rows from where the fighters enter the ring/get checked by officials.. Got to meet John Hackleman, Shane Carwin, Melvin Guilliard, Mike Swick, Phil Davis, Matt Mittrione, Mark Munoz, Brandon Shaub, Yves Laivign(sp), and Bruce Buffer.. And the Saints Safety Roman Harper was sitting one row in front of me.. My wife forgot the camera so no pics.. It was an expensive evening but I def want to go back.. Might try to go to Edgar/Maynard in Houston..
