Best: chest protector D-Lo. He's one of the guys who "owned" that belt as opposed to it just being some random hardware.

Worst: Saturn. I seriously didn't recall Saturn ever winning this.

Dunno. Was he recognised as a Euro Champ as his win meant that the title was scrapped?

Loved Shane as European champ. Don't think I could say he was the best though. Gonna come back to this.

Winning the European title was the start of Latino Heat and the program he had running with Chyna which was great. Plus Eddie had some great matches along the way

I have no recollection of him ever being a champion, I assume he must have beaten DDP? Had it not been for Bradshaw becoming JBL then I would have picked him instead because his reign was pointless and lost it in his first title defence.

HAHA! Yeah I remember that. Man, Mideon had to be one of the worst of all time in general. I can't recall him ever having a decent match, much less good.
