Unprofessional Pricks

So, I'm just sitting here thinking about how unprofessional Shawn Michaels was throughout his career.

Among other things:
The Curtain Call
Michaels vs. Hogan
Refusing to drop belts multiple times
Vader vs. Michaels, where Shawn comes off the top rope, Vader doesn't move, then just stomps the piss out of Vader, telling him to move
Showing up to tapings coked up (I've only heard of this being a bad case after 98 but before he returned in 2002)

Over all, he's been a pretty big Unprofessional Prick. He's quite possibly the biggest one the WWE has ever seen. And he'll admit this himself.

With this in mind, list some more "unprofessional pricks", along with their "Accomplishments of Prickdom" and who you feel is the biggest Unprofessional Prick of them all.

XL 09-18-2011 04:28 PM

Warrior, Holly, Saturn to varying degrees.

St. Jimmy 09-18-2011 04:33 PM

Michaels vs. Hogan was awesome.

James Diesel 09-18-2011 06:02 PM

Pretty sure Orton's to be found here. Backstage bullshit and discharge dumbass.

DLVH84 09-18-2011 06:04 PM

I think you're referring to the night WWF bought WCW.

CSL 09-18-2011 06:05 PM

what

XL 09-18-2011 06:13 PM

Huh?

Corporate CockSnogger 09-18-2011 06:14 PM

I think we found a glitch in the DLVH84 bot.

DLVH84 09-18-2011 06:15 PM

The incident Xero is referring to when Shawn was showing up coked up.

CSL 09-18-2011 06:16 PM

He was pilled up. And it was more than once.

Xero 09-18-2011 06:17 PM

DLVH may be talking about the time he was sent home. But as CSL said, it was more than once.

DLVH84 09-18-2011 06:18 PM

Drugged up, in general.

PorkSoda 09-18-2011 06:25 PM

I think Hulk Hogan is pretty unprofessional. So was Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Eric Bischoff during their WCW days.

Examples: Not giving the ball to anybody else and thinking the spotlight is all about them.

Cool King 09-18-2011 06:41 PM

Jericho mentions in his book that he was backstage about to do a run-in on William Regal while dressed as Doink The Clown and Shawn Michaels showed up "in no condition to perform". Michaels couldn't understand why Jericho was dressed as Doink and got pissed off that, what he thought, was the WWE making Jericho the new Doink.

Vastardikai 09-18-2011 07:15 PM

Jeff Hardy showing up at the main event of a TNA PPV in no condition to perform, causing the main event to go 90 seconds due to his opponent not taking that shit.

Rollermacka 09-18-2011 09:20 PM

Hulk Hogan in general, Bash at the Beach 2000 and Halloween Havoc 1999 come to mind particularly. Hulk Hogan refused to lose cleanly so it ended up screwing up the PPV completely. Another unprofessional that most people may not know about it Jim Herd. He was in charge of WCW in 1991 and he believed that Ric Flair's days were over so he wanted him to shave his head and adopt a Gladiator gimmick. He completely refused to compromised with Flair about the world title situation so he fired Flair thinking he wasn't a main eventer anymore

Rammsteinmad 09-18-2011 10:41 PM

Hulk Hogan.

Shisen Kopf 09-19-2011 12:00 AM

Sid always leaving to play softball is pretty retarded. Unprofessional prick, fuck him!

DLVH84 09-19-2011 12:21 AM

Verne Gagne for not listening to his son Greg and many others about changing with the times, which eventually led to the demise of the AWA.

The MAC 09-19-2011 02:08 AM

uh,

shawn not wanting to lose to davey boy in the u.k in a match dedicated to Davey's dying sister.

Shawn refusing to put Bret Hart over in a match at WM13. I lost my smile.

Teddy Hart doing a high spot move to get out of the ring after supposedly being knocked out by a finisher.

Shawn michaels refusing to lose to Austin until taker started taping up his fists

Shawn Michaels stuffing somethig down his trunks and then jumping up and down in the ring.

Shawn michaels - cycling shorts - a crime against humanity

Shawn Michaels - sunny days comment

Bischoff giving away raw results

hunter stiffing owen hart with a crutch during a shawn vs owen match

Vince - montreal, firing Jeff jarret on tv, interviewing pillmans wife the day after the day he died, not stopping the show after owen died.

#BROKEN Hasney 09-19-2011 02:32 AM

Kevin Nash. The dude shows up at PPV's for companies he doesn't even have jobs at. What a prick.

Much of what you said isn't unprofessional, these are just dick moves.

Innovator 09-19-2011 07:59 AM

Teddy also not telling the guys he was working with what he was doing, just flipping.

Perfect answer. Also another reason why CM Punk is god, for slapping the piss out of him in response.

There's a few more things why Verne Gagne was unprofessional.

1. Tried to take money and forced marriage to Hulk Hogan, in exchange for a title reign, which Hogan refused.

2. Tried paying off Iron Sheik to break Hogan's leg.

3. Broke off the Pro Wrestling USA collaboration, because he was so paranoid that he accused NWA's David Crockett of stealing his talent.

4. Refused to pay wrestlers for Super Clash III, which was why Jerry Lawler kept the belt.

5. Selfishly used the money to run the AWA to fight a legal battle concerning property he owned in Lake Minnetonka.

"CM Punk is a great guy because he did what he said he was going to do. He said he was going to slap the taste out of my mouth, and he walked up to me and slapped the taste out of my mouth."

Chavo Classic 09-19-2011 10:57 AM

It's easy to take a pop at DLVH84, but I always wonder if he deals with everything with lists. I picture his house littered with thousands of pieces of paper scrawled with lists. There's even lists drawn on the wall where he didn't have paper, or didn't have time to find paper when these lists 'come to him'. His bathroom reeks from the shit smeared on the wall to form barely legible lists.

MVP 09-19-2011 11:39 AM

Austin for walking out of WWE in 2002.

Rammsteinmad 09-19-2011 12:24 PM

Hulk Hogan.

Rammsteinmad 09-19-2011 12:24 PM

Does anyone have any specific videos of any of these Teddy Hart incidents? Was looking on youtube, but mostly only found promos and tribute videos.

The Jayman 09-19-2011 01:38 PM

John Morrison and Melina

I remember that, because I was there in Atlanta, where he refused to put Brock Lesnar over on RAW.

Bret should have dropped the belt. But everybody blows Bret here so your response isn't surprising.

He rarely ever has a point, but "hear" he does.

And totally on the money too.

Gertner 09-19-2011 04:37 PM

ugh, I recognized that and hoped to fix it before anybody noticed.

Innovator 09-19-2011 04:39 PM

Both guys were in the wrong. There.
