John Laurinitis' voice
 

I heard an interesting comment today that the raspy voice of John Laurinitis is because he smokes a lot of cigarettes. Any truth to this?

You consider that to be interesting?

I always thought he had an unusual voice - this gives a reason for it.

I don't know if any of you guys have seen Crank Yankers but he sounds like Tony Deloge. The guy that played the voice is also Matt Damon's father in Ocean's 13

I doubt it..... he probably had suffered vocal damage in his career (probably during his time in Japan) or myabe he was born with the same condition that Brian Pillman was born with.....

Steroid abuse can alter ones voice making it sound deeper. Just saying.

I watched that exact video after I posted the picture.

Said it before, and I'll say it again: he should wear the Super Dave outfit on a show, and that Yoshi Tatsu should be Fuji.

Since we're talkin about people who sound alike, I always thought Hank Hill sounded alot like Anderson Beavis and Butthead's neighbor and they kinda look alike too...

This is all I can think about when I see/hear him talk. After Googling Einstein, I find out that he is all the things listed above (Super Dave, Funkhouser, Deloge, The AD Surrogate) AND that he was actually a guest booker on TNA in 2009. Oh, and he's brother is Albert Brooks (Scorpio from The Simpsons and Nemo's dad in Finding Nemo). So...

Well, WWE DID sign Eric Angle* just for the "twin magic" ring switch possibility. I can see this happening.

Yea its crazy, I guess its just a small world. When King of the Hill first came out I could never remember Andersons name so I always thought it was the same person. Then I saw Beavis and Butthead Do America and I relearned his name
