WCW had a few more musicians preform on Nitro and WWE has had 3 6 Mafia preform on Smackdown. I'm not a huge fan of country but Chad Brock was a wrestler turned musician who had a angle in WCW, coincidentally against Kurt Henning and the West Texas Rednecks. How much musical interaction do you like in your professional wrestling? Do you like musical interludes, how about the occasional artist preforming somebodies entrance? Should they just completely separate the two?

80 musics in my wrestling.

Guest appearances playing theme music - all good.

The KISS Demon - not so good.

So present but not overbearing is just fine for me.

I agree with Jari, playing the entrance music is cool but other performances, like Kid Rock at Mania or Diddy, usually feel out of place for me.

If the music is good then im fine with it. But its usually total crap nigga music so no.

It's kind of a waste of time in my opinion...but whatever...nothing I can do about it

When it's Kid Rock taking up 20 minutes of a Wrestlemania, I'm against it. However, I'm not gonna deny, those Kiss and Megadeth performances pretty much changed my life. So I'm all for it if it's done sensibly (ie. not taking up too much time etc).

Yea I agree with what has already been said.

If its a band performing someones entrance music or a new music that they guy us using for just one night coming to the ring then thats fine. We have seen many times that happen. But when its them just bringing someone out for the hell of it at Mania or some shit acting like its the halftime show, thats when we have a problem.

Definitely. Even more so if he's going for the Title at 'Mania.

Also, when HBK came out to a live band at WM14, that was awesome.

I like when bands play a wrestler's theme music during their entrance. Something about it is pretty cool. Living Colour would be awesome at Wrestlemania. Downstait also playing the entrance for an Alex Riley, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler triple threat would be immense.

Wasn't Sting's theme a live version of 'Seek and Destroy' for awhile? I'll have to dig up that old WCW Mayhem album but that was a quality live performance!

Yeah it was. But Metallica never played it live at a wrestling event. Also never understood why Sting used a live version and not the studio... don't really care either.

I agree. Just like the masterful poetry that is the entire song.

Because there was a crowd reaction in the recording so it always sounded like Sting was getting pops.

I think for entrances its the fucking bombest shit in the world. Just such a rub. Not only do I have a famous band's song as a theme, they are playing me to the ring.

Hate the live shows, like Ozzie Recently. Just seems so "variety show"-y

New Jack is the exception. I remember being at shows and you knew he was coming, everyone did. Then his music hits and the fucking roof gets blown off the building.

God that shit was so fucking great.

I don't mind it on most occasions, but having a Kid Rock mini-concert at WrestleMania was really dumb.
