Rock. It's never been done, and if he's coming out of retirement (he shouldn't, but that aside) they may as well get as much out of it as they can. Rock vs. Michaels is a main event at any WrestleMania.

Yeah, I'm not really discussing whether or not HBK should. Just merely a hypothetical assuming it would happen.

I'm going to throw Dolph Ziggler's name out there. I think he and HBK would have a tremendous match, and it'd really help Dolph get to that next level.

Assuming the reports were true, the main reason a match between those two never took place was due to the Rock's animosity towards HBK from stuff that happened earlier in his career.

Punk would be amazing if just for the potential promo feud both would be having.

Truthfully, the only thing I would like to see more than this feud would have been a hypothetical CM Punk vs. Eddie Guerrero program.

CM Punk. No question. The matches and build-up would be incredible - would probably be right up there with HBK's matches against Jericho.

If the goal is to really elevate someone, I'd go with The Miz or Ziggler.

If the goal is to just draw as much money as possible, obviously The Rock.

But the most entertaining feud would be with CM Punk.

Punk, HHH, or Rock IMO.

Just to throw out another interesting option, Del Rio.

Really think that a win over someone like HBK would do wonders for the character and really make Del Rio legit, especially if it happened at Mania for example with the world watching Rocky.

Del Rio could easily provoke a return by claiming that there was no-one fit to face him after holding on to the title through the Rumble and that there was noone at his level who could even try to steal the show away from Rock/Cena as a spectacle.

Cue an animated HBK that says he has always liked a challenge, one superkick to Ricardo later and a few months of chasing a cowardly Del Rio up to the event.
