Can they find an audience? (Lucha Libre USA)

I started watching this on MTV 2 when they brought it back, but it looks like it was canceled again (it's been off and on since 2010). It's an intresting take on combining Mexican wrestling with American. They have some recognizable faces from Mexico, Japan, America and supposedly there is even more guys they still havent debuted. Do you think there is a market out there for another wrestling promotion on TV? |
I think they are trying to find a better time slot. Seems that when I would finally have the time to watch it, they get it pulled.
|
Doubtful. It looks too much like Wrestling Society X did.
|
Nope. Who wants to watch that mexican crap? That shit is not serious business at all.
|
Mexican wrestling is not art like Japanese and American wrestling, so no.

So I don't think it would fly here in the US, but it is definitely an art form, just a very different one... |
Rasslin isn't art. I thought we already established that last summer.
