BLACK SABBATH IS BACK!!!
On 11-11-11 at the Whisky-A-Go-Go in Los Angeles, it has been confirmed that the original Black Sabbath line-up of lead singer Ozzy Osbourne, guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Bill Ward are back in action.
They will work on a brand-new studio album with producer Rick Rubin, which will be released in late 2012. It would be the first full-length studio album since 1978's Never Say Die that the original line-up did. A world tour will also take place, including an appearance at the 2012 Download Festival at Donington Park, England. |
That's cool.
|
Neat. I hope it's better than Ozzy's last couple of albums.
|
Can Ozzy sing at this point? I feel like he can barely talk.
|
Don't Black Sabbath 'return' every couple of years?
|
Just for Ozzfest

It will probably suck balls.

Saw Sabbath in concert about six years ago and Ozzy sounded horrible.
|
Guess someone needs some money.
And yeah, Ozzy's voice isn't too hot these days. |
When was his voice ever hot?
|
Relatively speaking, I meant.
But that exact thought did cross my mind. |
blah.

Ozzy should have called it a day like 10 years ago.
The last 10 years have been a disaster. |
The last 10 years?
|
Ozzy's the shittiest part of Sabbath anyway.
Hell, he's the shittiest part of his solo act. |
