According to WWE doctor Michael Sampson, Sin Cara suffered a patella tendon rupture when he jumped out of the ring during the Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team Match at Survivor Series. (PHOTOS | RESULTS)

“He’s going to need surgery and be out [of action] for six to nine months for rehab,” Sampson said.

Am I the only one that read this and laughed? I feel kind of bad, sort of.

What are your thoughts about how this will affect his WWE career, or thoughts on Sin Cara in general.

He's turned out to be an absolute mess for them. At first he couldn't work with most guys, then he gets popped for pain killers and starts to talk to Mexcian papers about how a Dr. lied to him about them or something, and now he's injured.

And Hunico proved that Mistico himself is easily replaced.

This likely finishes his WWE career.

I don't think it's funny when anyone gets injured, but I won't be missing the character very much. That mask v. mask match was pretty sweet, and he had some nice ones with D. Bryan, but outside of that, it was a pretty lukewarm run.

I wouldn't notice if he didn't return but theres still the potential feud with Rey if they want him to be his replacement.

I believe the politically correct term is "future endeavored"

Jericho should be the next Sin Cara

Just write off Hunico and bring him back as Sin Cara again.

Future endevour him and bring in El Generico.

Surely Sin Cara has been out of action more than he has actually been competing, since coming to WWE.

Get rid of him.
