I just read on the main page that Jesse Neal is probibly leaving TNA, looks like thats the end of another good tag team in TNA. They were one of my favorite teams around right now and I finally bought their shirt (Lewd, Crude and Tattooed). With his back story do you think he has a chance at WWE?

he left because TNA wanted him to go to OVW to improve and he said no

They were not the best of tag teams in terms of being interesting. They had very little heat because the booking team had not cemented them as either a face or heel team. It's probably better that they are done, and Shannon Moore can get another partner and hopefully do something better. I think Jeff Hardy would be better suited for this role than putting him in the main event already. Since they are friends, Moore could be giving him a hand and they would probably be a good team.
