The Official 2011 TPWW.net/wrestlingforum Awards sponsored by http://www.engine001.com/community/r...les-T359Ze.gif Roll up bastards, it's nearly the end of the year so I figured the wrestling portion of TPWW.net/forums could join as one, put some votes together and come up with a rough idea as to how we felt 2011 went in the world of pro wrestling. 1 nomination per category. Try not to vote based off of recent memories/the last few months alone (this might help you out on that front) Remember Edge? Remember Tough Enough? Santino being in the final 2 of the Rumble? Jeff Hardy off his tits on PPV? That Austin/Rock segment at Mania? The Corre? Quite a lot of stuff happened this year. Most of the awards of pretty self explanatory but people might find some a bit ambiguous. Character of the Year is based strictly on the character alone and how much they entertained you/made you want to pay attention, be it a Santino-type comedian, a Mark Henry-type monster etc, in-ring ability has nothing to do with it. Card of the Year is simply the single best show you've seen this year, be it an episode of RAW, an ROH iPPV, WrestleMania, TNA Explosion, whatever. TV Show of the Year = RAW, Smackdown, Superstars, NXT, Impact, ROH TV etc over the last 12 months. Rise of the Year is for who you view to have taken the biggest strides/career advancement/overall improvement over the last 12 months. And Moment of the Year for simply your favourite moment of 2011, whether it made you laugh the most, pop the most, "feel-good" the most etc. If you don't want to vote publicly for any reason whatsoever, feel free to send me yr. votes via PM. If you have any award suggestions that you feel I missed out, feel free to suggest them in here. I'll probably ignore you but you never know. I won't put a deadline on voting and just count the votes up at the start of the new year/when the votes dry up/in no longer than 2 weeks. Which I guess is actually a deadline. Eat me.
