who should Daniel Bryan's wrestlemania opponent be?
 

I'm a huge danielson mark so I'd really like to see a good 20 min match with someone who can work. Its shaping up to be him v Henry or big show or both. Would be kind of amazing to see him retain against two giants.

I Am thinking they will turn him heel on smackdown this week. So what does that add to the dynamic?

Providing Orton comes back in time for Elmination Chamber at the latest he will be in the Heavyweight Title match. Probably against Barrett.

Seriously though, with Rock vs Cena, and the rumored HHH vs Taker and Punk vs Jericho, I'd love to see Daniel Bryan vs Wade Barrett. I think given the history, it could have a great build up.

I haven't seen any reason why he should hold the title into Mania.

If, for some reason, he is champion, it should probably be Henry or Barrett if he's face. If he's heel, Sheamus.

Now, if he isn't champion (which is very likely), honestly, there's not a lot I can think of off the top of my head. If he's still in the position he is now (sans title) he shouldn't be in there with anyone of worth. Guys like Ziggler or Cody would make great opponents for a Daniel Bryan who has steam behind him, but right now he'd pull them down. I guess Regal is an option, or thrown into some multi-man match.

If he doesn't have the title but is worth a shit by that time, Orton could be an interesting opponent.

Well seeing as there are rumors of Shaq facing BS @ Mania, I doubt Bryan's gonna drop the belt to him. With Orton out of action, it's unlikely he'll fight but then again who knows. Maybe it'll be Barrett or Sheamus, or even Henry...

Would have loved for it to be Christian or Orton, but both are uncertainty's right now. Maybe Cody Rhodes will be ready for a World Title match by April?

With Show most likely facing Shaq, and Orton out indefinitely I'd say Bryan has a fair chance of retaining the title to mania. Possible Barrett vs Bryan match with Barrett coming out on top could be interesting. I mean hell, WWE seem to actually be serious for once about pushing some of the new talent so why not try to elevate Bryan and Barrett? Besides with all the 'Big' matches this year it's not like it would hurt the ppv buys.

Bryan will probably be in some opening tag match, and Barrett will probably defend against Randy Orton.

TBH, i think Bryan will be involved in the world title picture, but the match would be a three / four way, to beef up the casual fan's interest in the match. I don't see Bryan walking out the champ at Mania though.

That was a pre-show match. It wasn't on the Wrestlemania card.

It was on the WrestleMania card they just bumped it so Kid Rock could shit all over the stage for 10 minutes.

It was "meant" to happen on the card like this year's Wrestlemania's United States title match.
