I would like it if every week Brodus Clay came out to a different ridiculous gimmick.

I was hoping that the gimmick was that he had lost so much weight waiting to debut that instead Gillberg comes out dressed in a singlet.

I like how Laurinaitis told Otunga last time he was on the phone with Brodus that the longer he waited to debut him, the angrier of a monster he would be when he does debut.

That was my original thought on it. I loved the funkasaurus though.

When I first saw this I thought "oh shit" they are burying him for that tweet where he said he was going over Jomo as his last match.

The crowd seemed to go for it so I hope this sticks. Funkasaurus!

It makes him stand out if nothing else. Glad they didnt lumber him with "unstoppable monster #233" as a gimmick at least this has potential to get over and develop.

Are they serious? They have this monster from NXT who could have gone from a loser on NXT to the FCW for a cup of coffee and back to the main roster... so they take him out, hype him up as a monster, to have Fat Funk come out?

It might be cool if it turned out that Laurinaitis forced the gimmick on him and he eventually gets really pissed and turns into that monster.
