What is the story behind Aksana? I never noticed her until she began to flirt with Teddy Long every week on Smackdown. Do you guys think that this storyline with Long will ever go any further then the 2 flirting? Just curious to know about her history with the company, and your opinions and ideas for storylines that could come from the flirting with Teddy Long.

She was on NXT Season 3. She was blonde and mainly for comedy because she had a funny accent.

Her pro was Goldust and they got married because Aksana was worried about being deported back to her country where they would beat her with shovels.

After marrying Goldust, she turned heel on him.

I liked her a lot better than. She looked better too.

I honestly think it'll be one of those storylines that just ends. At first I thought Aksana was trying to get Teddy Long caught in a compromising position and use it to get some sort of power on SmackDown! -- but it's hard to follow that through, because you cannot understand a word Aksana is saying. Basically she's used her relationship with Teddy Long to do the occasion ring announcement for Divas matches. :|

But yeah, not sure where it's going. I would personally like it if Cody Rhodes was using her to eventually get some sort of leverage on SmackDown!. Aksana got married to Goldust on NXT so she didn't get deported, but then turned out to be a huge bitch. Rhodes taking his brother's girl would be such a dick move. Especially if he was just using her like she used his brother.

I was thinking about this when watching SmackDown and hoping that it goes somewhere. Ideally Aksana is secretly aligned with someone and uses her "relationship" with Teddy to get that person a spot on the show/preferential treatment.

A guy like Johnny Curtis would be perfect.

I also was thinking that she was doing it to gain some kind of upperhand for her and a Superstar whom she was really secretly siding with. And I can't believe that I didn't even realize that she was the NXT woman who married Goldust. I never followed NXT, but I remember during Raw and Smackdown during that time period, they were showing commercials for their Wedding on the following NXT episode.

It'd be somewhat interesting if she stopped Teddy Long from firing Drew McIntyre next week, and hinted at some sort of professional (or personal) relationship with him.

Personally I can't stand her, her bad accent or her current role on TV. What is she, some kind of witch? The lighting in the room changes before she walks in.

So glad she lost the blonde, hottest girl in WWE.

I'm sure it's headed somewhere probly to help give leverage to a certain superstar or somehow blackmail Teddy Long and i'd have to agree she looks a lot hotter now than she did as a blonde.

Hopefully it ends with Teddy Long having a heart attack that prevents them from getting married.

Now that they are revisiting the mcintyre v teddy storyline I'd say its going eventually have something to do with him. He's been taking teddy's abuse for weeks now and it is just a matter of time before he has to get the upper hand
