Ryder Revolution the beginning of a new kind of super-face?
 

Alot of people are criticizing Zack Ryder's cowardly behavior lately, but maybe WWE is onto something for once! Why not have a more human approach to promoting a super-face (or whatever it is you call Hogan, Austin, Rock, and Cena)? People may have been getting bored with the super-face being fearless, almost invunerable, and the one everybody calls on to save them. Ryder is a wrestler with more of a fan's perspective as a superstar, which doesn't necessarily mean they are some kind of superhero, but a normal human trying to live a dream and finding out it's not as easy as they make-believe it to be. Seriously, has the US Title ever had this much publicity before he created it? Perhaps for that match, Ziggler is the heel aspect of the fan-perspective superstar, which is why the match between he and Ryder meant as much as it did. Does this sound like the right approach to the future of WWE?

Zack Ryder thread. This should go into it. Woo woo woo you know it. I don't think people want to see their heroes run and hide. Chickeshit is a heel trait not a face-trait.

I would run away from Kane is I was Mr. Ryder. Even Stone Cold played mind games with DX instead of going into a 1 on 4 face to face.

Yeah, I really don't see how this is a bad idea. There's always a role for the everyman.

Plus I'm for a little variety. Faces don't always have to be stupid brave.

They're going to have to be careful with Ryder, last week, if I'm not mistaken, I actually started hearing fans boo him.

They will have to not make him "too" much of a coward, but one who eventually conquers his fear.

Ryder lost the title... that didn't last long, maybe moving him onto bigger things.

Zack Ryder makes a better challenger than a champion, and he lost the title in a way that made him look like a fighter. He could probably win the title back at Elimination Chamber or something, anyway.

I wish apparently his segments weren't drawing all that well according to Ryan Clark which I call bs on since when is it important for the US belt?

Plus, I'm sure Jack Swagger is gonna draw much better.

Showing Ryder as a "coward" in relates to Kane is only to make Kane seem more unstoppable and Cena as more of an underdog. That's what I think anyway. It will change as soon as the feud between Cena and Kane is over.
