As for myself, no I've never debuted a new look. Never.

Taker's biker deal is by far my favorite. Also honorable mention goes to Jericho's return with the shorter spiked hair.

Not exactly one of the best per se but one that is underrated is Johnny Nitro to John Morrison. The Johnny Nitro name and look was pretty generic. When he changed into the Jim Morrison look and changed his name as such I thought he instantly gained SO much personality.
