Put this up a few days early since it looks like no one is gonna beat Punk/Bryan

Destor 02-10-2012 12:31 AM

Punk/Danielson ALL DAY

Juan 02-10-2012 12:43 AM

I'm gonna have to agree.

Cody and Booker had an awesome series of matches, but Punk and Bryan tore the house down. RR match was ok too, but it seems like it lacked a little "star power"

I loved Punk/Bryan it was fantastic but nothing this month beats the Royal Rumble match for me. It was a true conglomeration of everything WWE is rolled into one match, the comedy, the drama, the action, suspense... it will probably go down as my favorite Rumble of all time.

MoFo 02-10-2012 05:24 AM

Yeh, Danielson/Punk ftw

XCaliber 02-10-2012 10:55 AM

CM Punk/Bryan by a freaking mile.

#BROKEN Hasney 02-10-2012 11:41 AM

I think Attitude99 only gets Smackdown.

Punk vs. Bryan gets it for the first shot being fired for Jericho and Punk. I had the thought as the match went on that there wouldn't be a decisive victory...then Jericho came out within seconds of having that thought. Good match and good plot movement.

Anybody Thrilla 02-10-2012 01:09 PM

I was close to giving a pity vote to Barrett/Sheamus, because I really thought that match was great...but I couldn't go against Punk/Bryan in good conscience. I might go back and watch that shit right now through the miracle of DVR.

Also, I'm not really sure how everybody thought that Rumble match was so great. I was a little disappointed by it.

I had an awesome time watching it, I had low expectations that were far succeeded by all the surprises and comedy bits, as well as the amazing final with Jericho and Sheamus. I feel like a lot of people wanted something different out of the Rumble, I didn't really have those kind of expectations and I thought it was entertaining as hell.

Anybody Thrilla 02-10-2012 01:54 PM

I did enjoy the Jericho/Sheamus bit.

Emperor Smeat 02-10-2012 02:27 PM

The Rumble.

I liked it and was still entertaining even with the lack of big names.

Bryan vs Punk would be my runner up for the month.

Party Hardy 02-10-2012 02:40 PM

I liked the Punk/Bryan match best but I only it would end clean. Jericho messed it up. His jacket is sweet tho. Be great at parties.

VSG 02-10-2012 03:27 PM

Almost went with Cody/Booker for the whole series of matches they had, but as a single match- come on!

ooTin 02-11-2012 01:58 PM

I really dont know why everyone is balls deep in that CM Punk vs. Brian match... I mean I enjoy both of there in ring and promo abilities but that match was a 6 at best. Nothing major happened, no awesome spots, the technical aspect was average and the build up was no existent. So please help me understand what the big deal is....

Gertner 02-11-2012 02:01 PM

Clay vs Hawkins

All Bryan vs Punk did was lose viewers due to nobody cares about bush league vanilla midgets

Indifferent Clox 02-11-2012 02:56 PM

Danielson/ punk.

DAMN iNATOR 02-11-2012 04:09 PM

Maybe it'll be the only vote it recieves but I thought Sheamus/Barrett was awesome.

It was a good match. Just not the best on the list IMO. But the Rumble is not really just a match, it is an event, the WWE's all star game. Where anyone can earn a spot in the main event on the grandest stage of them all..... WrestlelMania.

It was a good wrestling match! I felt like I was watching a match Steamboat/Savage would have done at MSG or Boston Gardens on the road to Wrestlemania III. They got the crowd wrapped by just classic wrestling, heat, pops, it was all there. And there were special spots, everything gelled and worked very well.
