taker + hhh + hbk + streak + hiac + possible last match for hhh and taker... in rocks prime he wasnt worth that much and is a far cry away from it now. short answer: he cant follow it.

I'm sure one of the most hyped matches in wrestling history will manage.

I'm pretty much equally as excited for Rock v Cena, Triple H v Undertaker and Jericho v Punk.

I think its kinda sad that we're 3 weeks from WM and they only have 5 matches.

4/5 are going to be outstanding matches, but still..there should be about 3-5 more to fill out a 4 hour show..time's ticking..

Well, there is the inevitable Long v. Laurenitis themed match. So theres six. Also, looks like they could be building up to a Kelly Kelly/Eve confrontation and the impending Orton/Kane match and there's 8 matched. There is absolutely zero precedent for this, but I'd love to see a Kharma/Beth Pheonix program fast tracked in time for Mania.

You want TWO diva matches at Wrestlemania? See, this is why the WWE thinks it's ok to shove filler garbage down our throats. One match for the Diva title is enough, and really, is too much.

Then again, it is a 4 hour show, so we may need 2 bathroom/snack breaks. Yeah, I changed my mind, 2 divas matches ftw.

Destor is a Rockaholic.

So was Rock-Hogan. Didn't work out too badly for that one. And this one actually has potential for some decent wrestling.

Beth Phoenix vs. Kharma would be ideal. Give them ten minutes and you've got a cooler match that could actually be a sleeper hit. I remember enjoying Trish Stratus vs. Mickie James far more than pretty much everything else on the card at WrestleMania 22.

As for Eve and Kelly? I'd keep them for a backstage segment. Maybe they'll do some sort of in-ring angle with Zack Ryder asking Eve to come to the ring... then he dumps her ass and high fives Edge and makes out with Kelly.

I never said I wanted two divas matches. The ony match being built up is Eve v. Kelly Kelly and nothing else.

Edge showing up and telling Zack to quit being a tool would be pretty funny.

Taker vs HHH is pretty much the only WM match I'm looking forward to at the moment. All the other ones dont really interest me.

So, any predictions for what kind of "special" entrances we will see?

I'm trying to think how they can top the "Skull King" entrance last year. That was pretty good.

I really wanted Beth vs Layla but at this point they wouldn't have enough time to re-establish Layla even if she came back now.

That short stint between LayCool and her injury, I really got the idea than Layla could have been an amazing face. The kind they've needed since Trish. And she would have fit Beth's storyline much better than Kharma. An actual "barbie doll" type who can take down Beth.

Punk vs Jericho for the actual match but Taker vs HHH for the hype considering Taker's streak is a huge Mania hype maker.

Punk and Jericho have me expecting a clinic. Punk, IMHO, put on a show stealer with Orton last year and Im very much pumped up for what he and Jericho could do. The other match on the card that I think could be a sleeper is DB and Sheamus. I know they can put on a solid showing but I think this could be a huge step in the right direction for both men. Depending on how its booked it could help really establish both men as main event mainstays, DB in particular.

I worry about Show and Cody unless Shaq gets added to by being in Cody's corner or something. That would at least add some intrigue and a WrestleMania feel to it. As it stands it's a heel David vs face Goliath match which doesn't really interest me. Bryan vs Sheamus is like that to a lesser extent but they're more capable of putting on a great wrestling match and character-wise it's more intriguing.

Punk vs. Jericho is probably going to be a lot like Savage vs. Steamboat.

Triple H/Undertaker is going to steal the show and the world will finally see Triple H as the fucking ICON he is.

I’d strongly suggest that they have a gimmick battle royal, like at WrestleMania 17. Being April 1st was the reason they had the gimmick battle royal, it was like a joke match and ended up being fun…they should do the same this time.

the IC title match is the joke match.

I love the Taker streak but right now it's starting to remind me of 24

I want to see Punk and Jericho because of the dynamic they have, they work well off of each other.

Yeahhh WWE really dropped the ball by not having Tony Almeida come back and screw Taker at WM 26.

No wait, what? How on earth does a wrestling streak remind of you 24? If you're gonna compare two completely different things, it'd probably make sense to explain why.

My guess: There's lots and lots and lots of drama but in the end you know that Taker/Jack will triumph.

Oh, so like 99% of long running tv shows/film series with a central character then.
