Just got a pair of Turtle Beach PX21's
Dad found them on his way back from getting a coffee. Guaranteed someone out there is going to be very unhappy when they get home.
I heard that you can get an adapter and use them with your Xbox, however I already have a wireless headset and wondering what I should do. How much does the adapter cost? Are they THAT significantly better then anything else? If I was going to sell them on Kijiji (Canadian version of Craigslist) what should I price them at? No idea bout any of this. Someone help. |
Given that we're both in Canada, I can try and help you out. At the EB I work at, they're priced at 100 bucks. So if they're unopened throw them on Kijiji for eighty or ninety. Some parent looking to pick them up for their whiny kid will buy them in a second.
The adapter is like twenty bucks. However, in my experience, Turtle Beaches are shoddy garbage. People should stay away from them, because all they seem to do is break. The majority of returns at my EB Games are Turtle Beaches that have speakers or mics die within a couple weeks of use. |
Sold them at a pawn shop. No interest on Kijiji at all. Got $25 for them.

This thread was a rollercoaster I wish I could ride again.

Perhaps I will go buy them again and resell them. Would that make you happy Jabs?

So wait, your father stole someone's package?
