Do wrestlers mask their odor?
 

I have always been curious about wrestlers' odor and how they control it during in-ring action.

I have heard stories that Big Show and Mark Henry have very strong scents. Whereas The Great Khali applies lipstick and baby oil.

Have you ever been close to a wrestler to know if they smell or not?

I think Rey Mysterio odors his mask.

They're not animals for fuck sake. They come out fresh, work, and leave smelling like sweat like everybody ever.

I've heard that Kevin Nash is meticulous about his hygene, for a wrestler. The story went, when he'd Jackknife somebody in a match, he'd ask them beforehand what their favorite cologne was and spray his crotch with it "in order to make the experience as pleasant as possible for them."

When I saw him at a live show, he left the moment it ended and came back to sign autographs with a towel around his waist about 10mins later. I guess the shower couldn't wait. Cool guy, but the experience was... odd.

Was probably fishing for autographs with some ladies and hoping to make an impression. Backfired when only a bunch of male wrestling nerds crowded him...
