Urgh, ok ok serious response. People tend to find different things scary, so something I find scary you might not. With that said, I watched 'I Spit on Your Grave' the other day (the 2010 remake). If you don't know it, it's based around a rape. The first half leading up to and including the rape scene were pretty tense and I'm not gonna deny I was pretty scared for the character.

Y'know, when you really wanna scream at the movie and be all like "Argh get out of there!!!". Was pretty psychological, tense, scary stuff.

going to def watch Snowtown (2011) tonight. not really a "scary movie", but whatever.

So I just admitted to being scared by a movie for no reason then. :foc:

If you haven't already watched one, one of my favorites is a "horror-comedy" called Murder Party.

If you're just going for "scary jumps" then go with the remake of Dawn of the Dead.

One of my all-time faves. :cool:

I'm watching Child's Play right now, saw the dvd had a french language track so watching that for the 1st time with subtitles

My go to movie for a horror date is Evil Dead 2.

Netflix the Crazies. The modern one.

Not too scary, not too campy, but I liked it.
