Thought that was.a fucking home run.

Honestly, that was a weird fucking game. Both our starters had 15+ strikeouts in around 8 innings. And it's not that I was swinging at everything or that I had bad patience or even the timing of the pitch because of the lag because I played Diamond Dynasty all the time so I'm used to all of that and rarely do I strikeout 10+ times.

But this was just weird. Carried a perfect game into the 6th.

Anyway, I was pretty sure I hit a Home Run on the last play with C.Y. so I put down my controller and and raised my arms in the air in celebration. And then it CLEARLY (and I checked in the replay) hit the scoreboard hanging over the pool which should be a HomeRun but it wasn't and it bounced back into play. I had to pick up my controller and tell Goldie to keep going from 2nd to home. And then someone (I dunno who) on the Cubs completely botches the throw and Goldie scores.

There were some definite shenanigans but that should have been ruled a HR anyway so it all evens out.

Anyway, after that 15 inning marathon I don't feel like playing again tonight. But I'm looking forward to this being a regular thing.

It should have been, that was the first thing I did was check it on replay and it clearly hits the scoreboard.

I put my controller down too, by put down, i.mean threw. Then I noticed.the baserunners stopped. I grabbed it and fucking pressed x.instead of square and then over threw my.catcher.

Fucking lame., I'm playing something else after that marathon.

Or do you wanna just keep playing all summer long? There's that rivalry mode they have where it keeps stats of every game and pitchers can only start every couple of games and players get hurt for X amount of games maybe sometimes. But I dunno if you can play it online. I don't think you can. I'll look into it.

Considering unchipping my PS3 and getting it online with that PS+ deal of a bunch of games. May "jump on" as I assume that baseball games are cheap as fuck over here and I used to love MLB games.

Prefer The Bigs 2 though.

Do people online bitch if you throw balls out of the strike zone in MLB: The Show? People used to cry all the time about my pitching on MVP Baseball 2005. I haven't played a baseball game online since.
