July is potentially the best month of Wrestling PPV's in 2012.
Just some legit, solid main events with some of the best talent imaginable
TNA: http://www.sportsyork.com/wp-content...ion-X-2012.jpg "The Greatest Man that Ever Lived" Austin Aries vs. Bobby ROOOOOOOOOOOOOO (C) TNA Championship THE WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT FEDERATION: http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/show_mat...k_bryan_AJ.jpg "Best in the World" CM Punk (C) vs. "Daniel Bryan" Bryan Danielson WWE Championship |
Aries is going to work his ass off tonight. Obviously there's no chance TNA is going to put the belt on Aries since they're clearly building to Roode/Storm III, but honestly the best champion TNA could have at this point is Austin Aries.

I've got tomorrow off work, might actually watch Destination X
|
I'm not entirely sure that Aries won't win the World Title tomorrow night. People assume that TNA are building towards Roode vs. Storm, but Storm just put over Jeff Hardy cleanly, and it seems that Hogan and Roode have budding issues more than anything. If Aries loses, it also makes the X-Division look pretty shitty.
I'd actually predict an Aries win tomorrow night. I don't know if he'll take the title into Bound For Glory, but I see him walking out the champion. |
no way Aries wins clean..... Storm will end Roode's reign at Bound For Glory......

Have never watched a TNA PPV but this has me a little interested. Is there any way to watch on TV in the UK?

Sorry, I should have used a spoiler tag on that previous post, didn't mean to ruin it for everyone, but I'm too lazy to go back and edit now.
|
Actually it's currently between Cena, Show, Kane and Jericho.
And the TNA main event is sure to be a good one, but it's also sure to have a finish littered with overbooked nonsense. |

i might throw a 1 in a million chance that jericho wins and cashes in on punk..but if that happens jericho will be the first to lose |
Yeah, the only way the Raw MITB doesn't main event is if they're planning a cash-in that night. I don't see it happening though. Still pulling for Big Show winning MITB to build a Punk-Show feud and hopefully legitimize Punk as a guy who can be justified main eventing over Cena.

Who is that? What match did that injury occur? Was it worth it?
|
Adam Cole. Some match under "Hybrid Fighting Rules" that when it came down to it, really wasn't at all a whole lot different from a bunch of other skinny-guys-do-stiffkicks-and-forearms stuff. And not at all. You can barely even tell when it happens (was during the skinny guy version of the boo-yeah punch "sequence") until his face comes into shot afterwards and you see the blood. The typical bollocks, something that legit hurts but looks like absolute shite, pretty much the opposite of professional wrestling.
|
Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly had a really stiff match, Cole (pictured) took some stiff shots to the face and ended up with his lip busted. He won the match with a Figure Four. The match really made him a star, as a doctor tried to legit stop the match and Cole stood up and stared him down (flaring blood out of his mouth) and told him no.
|
It was also worth it because it's what lead to
SPOILER: show |
|
Kind of called it. If you've been watching TNA, Aries has been absolutely phenomenal and they put so many eggs in his basket heading into the show. Plus emphasis has been taken off James Storm a fair bit.

I'm hoping that TNA also does AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels vs. Samoa Joe, just because, but I'm thinking that Joe will get the most points, but lose to Jeff Hardy and then get super-shitty and cost him the BFG Series in the final (Angle beats Storm) and then we get Joe vs. Hardy and Roode vs. Storm as a result. |
