Who's your favourite vanilla midget?
Vanilla midget - A term created by Kevin Nash and popularized by him and the Klique to describe workers who were good technical wrestlers but believed to be too small and/or boring to ever succeed on a large stage (Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit, Lance Storm.)
Signs of a wrestler being a vanilla midget are small stature, good technical wrestling, poor mic skills, and a rabid stubborn internet fandom. This will cause some controversy, but I may actually categorise Steve Blackman as my favourite. |
Konnan K-Dawg.

Jerry Lynn

What the hell, Christian for sure.

Gotta go with regal

Big Show :shifty:

my penis.
|
Owen Hart.

So are poor mic skills necessary for one to be a vanilla midget? If so I call for Christian and Regal to be out of contention. In fact, I'm not sure Regal fits any of the criteria except technical skill and internet love.

I'm going to need a concrete list to choose from before I make my decision, thank you.
|
I kinda hate that term.
Nash was one of the worst in ring workers so for him to talk about anyone being vanilla is pretty laughable. gotta go with Dean Malenko or Bryan Danielson. |
vanilla implies bland, he wasn't talking about ring work
|
Billy Kidman then?

Does Bret Hart count? If so, then I change my answer to Bret Hart.
|
Would Bob Backlund count? He's one of my favorite wwf/e champions , but he was a little boring in some areas.
