What's up with D-Bry's elbows?

Watching a few of his matches, I noticed that he has some discoloration on his elbows. What happened to him?

I'll be honest, I've never noticed his Vitiligo before.

I've noticed it almost since his start. He'll just randomly get random white patches on him. At first I thought they were bandages or nicotine patches (and that he was always hurt or craving tobacco).

He's ripening! 2 more years and he'll be as white as Sheamus and hence "ready to pick" for the WWE Title (as opposed to the World Title).
