If Rey Mysterio retired...

...you would feel what emotion?

Perry Saturn 08-31-2012 06:48 AM

define emotional

slik 08-31-2012 06:54 AM

A natural instinctive state of mind deriving from circumstances of oneself or others.

Tommy Gunn 08-31-2012 07:35 AM

He'd be gone 12 months a year instead of the usual 11.

Rammsteinmad 08-31-2012 07:48 AM

I would kill myself.

Savio 08-31-2012 08:32 AM

indifferent

Schlomey 08-31-2012 08:40 AM

Indifferent or slightly happy

Indifferent but appreciative of his contributions to wrestling

Joesgonnakillyou 08-31-2012 10:40 AM

I'd be glad he finished on his terms and that his talents were appreciated for a lot of his career.

I wouldn't miss him, even though I think he's one of the better performers in the WWE

XCaliber 08-31-2012 11:33 AM

I'd be a little disappointed.

Saving Grace 08-31-2012 12:04 PM

gracious and benevolent. Gracious for the fact that I was privy to have been entertained for over 15 years by this man on a type of television and entertainment program that I love and enjoy in some of the most memorable moments that I appreciate about the craft of professional wrestling.

I would feel benevolent for his wife and 2 children that would be left behind because they would be losing an amazing man in their lives as a husband and father. No family deserves that but unfortunately it happens every day in life.

You mean because since he RETIRED he would be home with them and the man they actually love couldn't be around?

Saving Grace 08-31-2012 12:22 PM

edited i thought it said what if rey mysterio died

MoFo 08-31-2012 12:24 PM

:'(

Dante69 08-31-2012 12:27 PM

I could care less about Mysterio.

Emperor Smeat 08-31-2012 02:47 PM

Indifferent mostly because every comeback of his the last few years barely lasts a few months before he's hurt again.

He's had a great career with a lot of memorable matches and achievements.

You're welcome.

Curd 08-31-2012 09:27 PM

I would be glad that he's making room for younger talent instead of going over midcarders who would be better suited to dominating Rey Rey rather than job to him. I was gladdened when Rey finally let Miz have a duke over him. However, I would mark out if Mysterio teamed with Konnan one more time to reform the team of "Gonad and Mini Me."

Edit for clarification:
I would mark out for Rey Rey now if WWE would lift its move restrictions and Mysterio were permitted to bust out some of the originality he showed in WCW. That would be almost as awesome as The Miz!

Rock Bottom 08-31-2012 11:58 PM

I'd be glad.

Rey shoulda hung it up a while ago. Not because of his ability as much as his injuries. He is fucked up.

dronepool 09-01-2012 12:30 AM

I'd basically think "So soon? Oh well, it's up to him".

teamXtremist 09-01-2012 01:31 AM

sad.Hes top 10 high flyer of alltime but dude is a shell of his former self

DLVH84 09-01-2012 02:03 AM

Mixed. Sad that he'd retired, but happy, because he's had a long, storied career since he was 14.

KaosDarksol 09-01-2012 12:36 PM

Overwhelming joy for never having to see that Mexican jumping bean again

RiX1024 09-01-2012 12:48 PM

Gutted coz Sin Cara is bloody awful of a replacement.

Serious note, my feelings would be mixed coz he was talented but it's time to wind his career down, he's got a few years left in him unless he changes his style.

Pintint 09-01-2012 01:11 PM

"Yay" would be my reaction, I think he's very boring.

I'd like to see you perform half the moves he's done for half the time. See how you manage to stay 'in your prime' going into your 40's.

And if his aspirations were "pro wrestler," that'd be fair. But as I doubt they are, it's retarded to expect him to run a parallel.

My Final Heaven 09-03-2012 08:05 PM

Glad for Rey personally since he was getting out before Dynamite Kid'ing himself, and Curious to see how WWE was going to fill the spot left by their #2 cash cow.

I hear ya, Pintint. If Sin Cara is learning his promo skills from Rey Rey, then we'll hear "619" repeated quite a bit. The best I think Cara could do right now is, "Tu esas mi amigos," or, "You are my friends." I could understand why he's not being allowed to cut a promo in the U.S. until he's perfected his English delivery, but I think he would get over more quickly if the WWE Astros program still aired on Univision or the like.

Sin Cara's excuse for his next violation of the wellness policy: "I was just Dynamite Kid'ing around, dude!" or rather the equivalent in Spanish.

slik 09-04-2012 07:30 AM

I haven't found Rey interesting since the "Dominic on a pole" match or whatever that silly storyline was about his paternity.

He is a boring character and nothing of value would be lost by his absence nor has it been lost by recent absences.

Swish 09-04-2012 08:09 AM

No, because he's a midget who can't wrestle just like SIN CAREING
