I read somewhere that during Summerslam weekend over in LA, she walked up to Stone Cold and said something to the effect of "You fired me from Tough Enough and look at me now, I'm the only person from that season who's under contract with the WWE".

Wouldn't be surprised if she gets released considering the WWE doesn't want any negative news as long as Linda is in her race and the other details of her incident includes trying to bribe a cop with cash.

Actually yes because the light skin girl is rather attractive and she would be missed.

That makes no sense. Why would the WWE suspend her and then release her? If her drunk driving somehow reflected poorly on Linda (because it's Linda's fault an independent contractor got hammered in Florida of course), don't you think the WWE would have released her right away to show how tough they are on talent that break the law? Or at least tough on the talent that breaks the law and isn't important to the main event scene/merchandising/ticket sales/pay per views?

I'd say keep her, they have let wrestlers this year stay on for worse.

Or do you expect me, personally, to be hanging around Summerslam Axxess and WWE Superstars in order to have first-hand accounts of everything that happens and bring all the latest news?

Austin could have talked about it in a video interview...or she could have done the same....or one or the other could have tweeted....there are ways other than you just hanging around to have more substance to information.

For the record, I wasn't being a dick, I was really kinda just asking how you came to form your opinion.
