Didn't see NoC, so I voted for Kofi/Ziggler. That match literally came out of nowhere with no hype whatsoever, and it delivered on pretty much every level. I love that sort of thing, even if it's only a pity vote at this point.

Cena and Punk still bring the dramatic "big fight" feel no matter how many times they go at it.
