Ms. Marvel to beat Wonder Woman to live-action film
 

Casting for Ms. Marvel in the Avengers sequel is down to two actresses, Emily Blunt and Ruth Wilson.

Blunt was originally hired to Black Widow before dropping out due to scheduling conflicts with Gulliver's Travels.

In defense of this thread I dragged my ass reporting this since I rather wait for them to choose the actress.

On the other hand, it is pretty clear where this sort of news goes.

I've never heard of Emily Blunt, but she's really attractive.

I didn't think that this was actually confirmed as casting for Ms. Marvel. Just rumored actresses for a rumored part. I NEED CONCRETE FACTS.

(Though at this rate, Ms Marvel will beat Wonder Woman to live-action film regardless)

Ah yes, the casting of a character should come down to who I'd rather spank it to.

Dont know any of these characters or actors. Find it odd however that when choosing which project to work on, an actress chooses the vague(r) one over a part in the most successful ($$-wise) movie ever.

Athough I still contend that Avengers as only meh.

FOX forced her drop out of the original Avengers. She signed a deal with him following "The Devil Wears Prada" so that's how she get looped into "Gulliver's Travels".

She was in Adjustment Bureau and Looper, she's good in both and they're good movies, do go check em out.

I like Ruth Wilson. She's hot on Luther. Blunt is kind of plain Jane looking. Don't think either one is the right choice for Ms. Marvel though.
