Gonna have to wait til it's on dvd, since all my friends are huge losers who don't want to see this.

DaveBrawl 10-22-2012 08:32 PM

They had me at martial arts and with Lucy Lui.

Not even Batista can ruin this for me.

Fignuts 10-22-2012 08:54 PM

I wish The Mask was still here. I miss talking about kung fu with The Mask.

Skippord 10-23-2012 08:17 AM

I think it looks awesome

big fan of the Rza as an actor

Ermaximus 10-23-2012 10:16 AM

As long as Batista has no more than 5 speaking lines and doesn't oversell the fuck out of his death/defeat/whatever like against Mark Henry if he loses, then this movie will be tits!

Kris P Lettus 10-23-2012 11:53 AM

It also has Cung Fucking Le..

Nicky Fives 10-23-2012 02:34 PM

I'm sold.....

And that's the cherry on the cake right there.

ClockShot 10-23-2012 02:49 PM

This is right in my wheelhouse.

But 7 clans? I count 4 a best. Where's the TPWW Investigation Team to figure out who's who?

Shadow 10-23-2012 06:22 PM

Well could you fit 7 clans on screen in a teaser trailer? gotta save something for the big screen.

That said I am so sold on this shit not even funny.

1) Lucy Lui
2) Russell Crowe
3) Batista
4) RZA
5) Cung Lee
6) Jaime Chung
7) Rick Yune

ClockShot 10-23-2012 09:01 PM

Hmph. I had all the girls lumped together with Watson's crew.

Guess we'll see how it plays out on the silver screen.

DLVH84 11-03-2012 08:45 PM

I saw it last night with my brother and his friend, and we enjoyed that film. Russell Crowe was funny in this. Plus, Pai Mei from Kill Bill was the Abbot.

I beg to differ. Ever see "Wrong side of Town"?

Fignuts 11-03-2012 10:58 PM

Soundtrack for this is pretty awesome.

Rivers of Blood in particular, is a great track.

That's of the greatest Kung Fu actors of all time, Gordon Lui..

Kris P Lettus 04-02-2013 03:27 PM

OMG

9.5/10

Awesome storyline, acting, fight scenes, etc..

Absolutely loved this..

Kris P Lettus 04-02-2013 03:28 PM

Russel Crowe and Batista were both great..

Miotch 04-02-2013 03:45 PM

You're incredibly biased.

This movie was fun with no plot whatsoever. The fight scenes were 'alright' to 'prettyGood'.

I give it 4/10.

Kris P Lettus 04-02-2013 03:55 PM

what are you talking about no plot

sure it was campy and very comic bookish but if you went into it expecting more than what it was, yr intelligence should be called into question

Miotch 04-02-2013 04:07 PM

Ok, there wasn't NO plot, but it was incredibly thin.

I was expecting comic book ish. I didn't even hate the film. It just was no where near a 9.5/10.

Kris P Lettus 04-02-2013 04:17 PM

you realize what people like is subjective, right??

sure i'm biased as i love the rza, tarantino, and kung fu movies in general

shocking that if you combine those things i would dig it

Miotch 04-02-2013 08:15 PM

All Tarantino did was slap his name on it.

Kris P Lettus 04-02-2013 08:16 PM

yes, that's all an executive producer ever does, ever

Shadow 04-03-2013 01:05 AM

It's an old school kung fu movie. I really need to see it.
