Who should induct The Undertaker at the WWE Hall of Fame someday?
 

I've thought about it and my vote would be Mick Foley - He's the first guy that pops in my head when I think of the Undertaker and all his matches.

Mankind was such a great gimmick - He and Taker were two peas in a pod - Just total and complete whackjobs. Watching them wrestle was like watching two guys in a looney bin go at it.

The Undertaker truly met his match when he met Mankind for the first time - Most guys feared Undertaker, but the Mankind character was fearless and totally out of his mind.

Kane or Shawn Michaels

Paul Bearer would be the obvious choice, but I like where you are going with Foley. I remember first seeing the Mankind character and he would fuck up Taker for week after week for quite a while at first. Even the creepy piano exit music that was different than the entrance music was an awesome effect. Between that, the screams during mandible claw, and repeatedly ripping out his hair, that character truly was one of the first to have Taker taken to the edge. I don't even need to mention their HIAC match.

The thing about Paul Bearer is he was never in the ring with the Undertaker. i.e. He was never in a wrestling match with him, and I'd personally prefer that the Undertaker be inducted by a guy who was actually in the ring with Taker and worked with him. By doing that, the wrestler who is picked can talk not only about Taker as a person but Taker as a wrestler as well.

The Undertaker also really helped put Foley over so to me Foley is the best and ideal choice.

OR!!!! They could really take it back and have Million Dollar Man do it.... since he is the one that "debuted" him, if you will.

I agree with you on every point with Foley over Bearer. I figure in an effort to "get over" with the majority of the attention spans of most wrasslin' fans today, Bearer would be more memorable (even though, IMO, Foley is MUCH more memorable)

I could honestly see Vince doing it. It would show how big of a deal Taker is and stroke Vince's ego as well (not that he needs it but seems to want it lol) Has Vince ever personally inducted anyone?

I know its stupid but I'm on board with the druids and Paul bearer in fact because of who and what The Undertaker is 'Id love it if this induction was a bit more theatrical but that's just me.

Paul Heyman (who managed Undertaker during his solo run in WCW)

Ted DiBiase, Sr. (for introducing the Undertaker at the 1990 Survivor Series)

Brother Love (for first managing Undertaker in WWF)

Paul Bearer (for obvious reasons)

Jimmy Snuka (for being the beginning of Undertaker's streak)

Ric Flair (for helping Undertaker win his first WWF title)

Jake Roberts (for giving Undertaker a knack for ring psychology)

Mick Foley (for his infamous feud with Undertaker as Mankind)

APA (for being the core for the Ministry of Darkness with Undertaker)

I'd say Triple H since he was part of 3 of his Wrestllemania streak matches.

I agree with DLVH84 that someone who was responsible for his huge success as "Mean" Mark in WCW should definitely be considered for his WWE Hall of Fame inductor.

Also, Ric Flair for sliding a chair in the ring that Taker tombstoned Hogan on to win his first title should totally be seriously considered.

Honestly, I think they should go "all out" for him and have multiple people induct him. Make him the only inductee that night and just have everyone speak about how he was the fucking heart and soul of the WWE for over 2 decades with WWE's awesome video packages between. Basically, a lot like the tribute shows only without the tragedy, tears, and pit in your stomach.
