Spoiler: Linda Lost

Wooooooo!

Curd 11-06-2012 09:02 PM

The predicted margin of +8 for Chris Murphy would seem to make it so. I am curious as to how many voters Linda will fool with her flyers falsely associating her with the Obama campaign:

Tazz Dan 11-06-2012 09:05 PM

Fuck this. I'm not voting next year now.

DLVH84 11-06-2012 09:15 PM

Thank God.

I'd like to know why DLVH84 is so relieved that Linda McMahon didn't win

CSL 11-06-2012 09:18 PM

I mean, it couldn't possibly be that fuckstick blind fat apple "wahhh WWE is evil" line of thinking so my curiosity is sniffing around like a curious beagle

DLVH84 11-06-2012 09:20 PM

I believe WWE would end up getting much worse, if Linda gets elected.

CSL 11-06-2012 09:22 PM

why do you believe this DLVH84?

SlickyTrickyDamon 11-06-2012 09:25 PM

I'd say it could probably get much better when Vince doesn't have to be the CEO, Chairman and all. Get Linda back to work. Next time she could possibly run is in 2016 and then she'd have to beat the person she lost to in 2010. She's done..finished.. get back to WWE Linda.

It's also believed that her involvement with the WWE at all is what caused her downfall. As much as she tried to distance herself from it, the WWE came back to bite her.

el bobbo 11-06-2012 09:50 PM

YES!!!! A RETURN TO THE ATTITUDE ERA!!!!!!!

Perry Saturn 11-06-2012 10:18 PM

So because of this. Does this mean WWE will bring back Abraham Washington with the whole "I was right" gimmick?

They would be a great "in your face" moment.

Kane Knight 11-07-2012 12:49 AM

Oh my God, this is awesome. All the flaws in WWE will be magically fixed! Gonna tune in to Raw next week...So pumped rite now.

Or, at least just bring back AW like nothing hapened. In fact, he could bail Hunico out of his "legal issues". Great return for both men.

Curd 11-07-2012 02:37 AM

I legitimately LOL'ed at this article's headline. Also, it features a pic of Linda and Shane-O-MAc!

Volare 11-07-2012 02:38 AM

Should've used Shane's theme in her Ads....would've won.

JimmyMess 11-07-2012 03:11 AM

WWE can go abd book Barbwire & Strippers on a Pole matches!

FourFifty 11-07-2012 03:51 AM

She spent 8 figures trying to get a job that pays 6 figures... just sayin'......

CSL 11-07-2012 04:01 AM

you say that like a guy didn't just get re-elected on a 9/10 figure campaign for a job that pays $400k

Shadrick 11-07-2012 05:07 AM

you're paying for perks and stroke, boys

Skippord 11-07-2012 08:08 AM

I too am glad Linda McMahon didn't win, as I am a registered Democrat

It's all about the salary, after all.

Shane looks old for 42. It's like he's turning into a super villain right before our eyes and seeing his mother concede an election she's worked so hard for (i.e., spent a lot of money on) is what's going to put him over the edge. Only Spider Man can save us now.

Innovator 11-07-2012 12:04 PM

Wow! I can't wait for RAW when the Attitude Era returns!

I though I heard they flew back Monday for Linda's election but I'm not sure.

Plus, I always enjoy checking out Steph's huge rack. :naughty:

And Shane is definitely looking old for his age

Vince is there. 1:56, it looks like the $100 million number is sinking in.

Vince is literally standing behind and beside her, weird.

Yeah, that's awkward as hell. I get the feeling they don't have a "normal" marriage type of relationship, at least not anymore. Almost like it's a marriage of convenience and they don't really have much in common with each other anymore.

Emperor Smeat 11-07-2012 02:47 PM

 that one guy who "wooo"ed when she mentioned the WWE

Damn, you're right.

He looked like he was about to cry.

CSL 11-07-2012 04:24 PM

pretty sure Vince is a sweetheart really outside of "business matters", he was crying when talking about his Dad on the Mania DVD, he was crying when he gave HBK his HOF ring, he was almost crying when talking about Rock on his birthday RAW etc

dronepool 11-07-2012 04:31 PM

Thank goodness she lost, now maybe they can improve the WWE product without worrying of risking anything. I don't even mean Attitude era, besides all of CM Punk's involvements the last month or so has been pretty shitty.

DLVH84 11-07-2012 05:59 PM

And thank God she's not trying a third time.
