What's your wrestling unpopular opinion?
 

I personally feel that CM Punk's current heel run is pretty lousy. He cuts the same promo every week & putting him with Heyman was just done to appeal the IWC smarks. I've pretty much lost interest in him outside of his matches

I like big slow hoss type of wrestlers and prefer a "big man" wrestler to a technical wizard most of the time.

Sheamus bores the hell out of me.

Did not care to see Cena vs rock after an entire year of build.

Also, haven't cared about Lesnar at all either.

Second the CM Punk motion.

I want Cena as the champ too.

I have never liked the Rock. Or Randy Orton. Especially not Orton.

I am one of the guys who says a lot of the new product is unwatchable since its not the old stuff.

I don't find Maryse all that appealing.

I also find face CM Punk to be far more entertaining than heel CM Punk.

I do not care for Cena, Del Rio or Sheamus.

I think Survivor Series is a less important ppv than MITB.

I generally can't stand WWE from the time period after SummerSlam until the Royal Rumble/WM build begins.

-Randy Orton is the most boring wrestler since Steve Blackman, but Blackman managed to be 1,000 times more entertaining and interesting than Orton.

-I change the channel anytime Brock, Triple H, AJ, Orton, Sheamus or Big Show come one the screen.

-Some form of 3MB ought to get the Tag Team Titles soon.

Chris Jericho has to rank up there as one of the most overrated talents ever. This site reeks of Jericho-blowjob breath.

I would rather watch Ric Flair v. Anyone before I'd choose to watch almost any match I've seen over the last few years (minus the Taker/HBK matches).

I have never cared for Rob Van Dam...always thought he was a selfish spot-monkey.

Cena's music is good for a super baby-face.

I agree with everyone who dislikes Orton/Finds him incredibly boring.

'Dead Man' Undertaker is a boring gimmick who cuts terrible promos:

Punk is terrible. He's got Bret Hart syndrome: boring as hell and only yhe champ because the rest of the company is down right now.


Heath Slater needs more mic time

I think Punk was enjoyable as a face as he seemed to come off as a "real guy". Now he's more of a generic heel but the fact that he's been champ so long makes him very useful in the build to WrestleMania and him losing the title is gonna be a huge deal.

And despite the fact that Gertner is right most of the time, Punk is about a million times better on the mic than Bret Hart was.

And Heath Slater is only entertaining in the fact that he's so cringe-worthy that it might be fun to watch him just be awful.

Also, the best "technically sound" match on Raw doesn't mean jack shit to me because it's nothing more than an exhibition and the outcome is meaningless. Raw is like an entire NFL season full of pre-season games. Without an outcome that has meaning (even if the meaning is as small as "the winner climbs the card a little while the loser falls) I really could care less about most matches.

Main Event is the best show WWE produces because of this.

I find Alberto Del Rio, Sheamus and Randy Orton all incredibly boring.

Current top guys like CM Punk and John Cena are not nearly as entertaining, interesting or talented as guys like Stone Cold, Rock, HHH or HBK. Not even close.

I do miss the hardcore, high flying and tag team talents and antics of teams like the Hardys, the Dudleys, the Acolytes, Edge and Christian, etc.

AJ is not hot. Sure, she's got a pretty face, but she's not hot. Not unless you find 11 year girls hot, or with her body, 11 year old boys for that matter. And no, I don't find 11 year old's hot, thus AJ is not hot.

Kharma is not the best women's wrestler in the world. She's the best women's Mark Henry impersonator. Of course her matches look good, she's built like Mark Henry's twin sister. Mark Henry throwing those other stick figure bitches around would also look insanely vicious and impressive.

Ryback is a waste of time and money

Ryback is the best thing that's happened to WWE since Cena, dammit.

Oh, I find Cody Rhodes to be dull as fuck and anyone who mentions him as a guy who needs to be in the world title picture makes me sad for wrestling.

Though the mustache adds some "heel sophistication" to him that I enjoy. But still. Him along with most of the guys that the internet sees as "future world champions" just makes me feel like standards have reached an all time low.
