How or why this became about me is unknown. I will say that I'm glad that mattitude is no longer a website. I used to love Matt. Now I don't even pity him. I just "nothing" him.

That would be PrettyCool if he did.

I was never a big Matt fan tbh :-\

It was just more his style, he seemed to grasp the idea of less is more and I figured Jeff would be crippled already, not like it was ever a debate who was the better on the mic.

This is just a guess, but I think Matt bringing his girlfriend into the plot arcs (or agreeing with the writers on the move) pushed him farther into drugs.

The Lita/Edge stuff should have benefitted him just as much as Edge but they fucked that up for him, in fairness I remember his promos being terrible too, he just seemed the more able of the two Hardys to me.

Does anyone remember the greatest promo of all time? Matt Hardy and Chris Nowinski at Survivor Series 2002 (I think, by memory)

The greatest would surely involve Scott Steiner.
