Vs. Austin @ 19.

Nicky Fives 01-31-2013 03:12 PM

17 with Stone Cold..... great finish that I never saw coming.....pretty sure Rock/Hogan will win the poll though.....

mike adamle 01-31-2013 03:14 PM

17. That finish was the most epic thing ever at the time. Best heel turn in professional wrestling history in my opinion (speaking for the official turn itself, not the aftermath of it.) Plus the match was fucking awesome. A little bit better than XIX. Followed by his matches with Hogan and Cena.

Shadrick 01-31-2013 03:26 PM

It's gotta be 15. The feeling of that match was just amazing. Spots were great. And the Jim Ross call "AUSTIN WINS! AUSTIN WINS! AUSTIN WINS!" just sticks with me.

favourite is X8, X-7 is "the best one" tho

DAMN iNATOR 01-31-2013 03:33 PM

Personal favorite is WM XIX vs. Austin.

Joesgonnakillyou 01-31-2013 03:45 PM

I think XIX is the best, Never liked X17. I'm possibly the only person who thought the heel turn was a bad idea.

MoFo 01-31-2013 03:48 PM

WM 17, the one at 19 was way too OTT, basically a finisher-fest.

Keith 01-31-2013 03:59 PM

"Hollywood Rock" vs Stone Cold at WM19 was the goods.

Emperor Smeat 01-31-2013 04:08 PM

WM 17 vs Austin. Think that was the one to end the main feud that lasted for most of the Attitude Era.

WM 18 vs Hogan would be my runner up although mostly because of the crowd.

Savio 01-31-2013 04:13 PM

Stone Old

There’s pros and cons to each to be sure, but I just still love the part of the match at XIX when Rock wears Austin's vest.

Somewhere around 12:25 he puts it on, LOL.:love:

Shisen Kopf 01-31-2013 04:17 PM

I'm a big Sultan fan so that one

Rammsteinmad 01-31-2013 04:50 PM

Wrestlemania 19.

KaosDarksol 01-31-2013 05:40 PM

X7 such a great match with a great surprise ending

XCaliber 01-31-2013 06:17 PM

Have to go with 19 heck i'd say it's amongst my favorite matches of all zee times in fact was my 2nd favorite Wrestlemania it just didn't have as solid a card as X7.

Rock Bottom 01-31-2013 06:22 PM

17 was the best match they put on. 19 told a really good story, but it was more about Austin hanging it up and making The Rock look good, it really topped off Rock's WWE career.

Fox 01-31-2013 06:33 PM

vs. Hogan at WrestleMania X-8

Very few matches in wrestling have the kind of feel that Hogan and Rock's encounter had that night. It might not have been the most technically sound match or the wildest brawl, but it was legendary.

CSL 01-31-2013 06:37 PM

yuppp

if there were a "top 5 matches ever" in terms of sheer scale, what they did with a crowd, giving you that "holy shit this is special" feeling, I'd probably have it in there. And I don't think I'd even consider any of Rock's other Mania matches for it

Tazz Dan 01-31-2013 06:44 PM

Mick Foley was at WM 2000, just sayin.

I voted for X-7, but the following two were also good.

Heisenberg 01-31-2013 06:50 PM

X7 Rock v.s. Austin

IF YOU SMELL....

....WHAT THE ROCK...

...IS COOKIN'

Heisenberg 01-31-2013 06:53 PM

When the time comes that realize what he has and will continue to cook, you will learn to appreciate his cooking.

Who the fuck wouldn't take the chance to start a career in Hollywood? I will always welcome him back for a Wrestlemania match.

SlickyTrickyDamon 01-31-2013 06:56 PM

The Rock Vs. Cena.

It was the only match where I felt the Rock was the big star of the match.

teamXtremist 02-01-2013 12:22 AM

cant remember the exact year but it was one of his earlier scsa matches i believe it was the wm in anaheim

James Steele 02-01-2013 12:31 AM

WrestleMania X-Seven. Austin/Rock II defined an era and was more than just a "showcase" match like Rock/Hogan or Rock/Cena was.

KaosDarksol 02-01-2013 02:17 AM

I see there is no love for shamrock or evolution. It makes sense as no one really cares about them and randy will never have his wrestlemania moment

Heisenberg 02-01-2013 11:30 AM

Shamrock defined his era w/ Steve Blackman in the Lion's Den.
