what happened with that dumbass kid
 
that tried to push punk down the stairs a few months ago? and what about the guy he punched by mistake, was there a lawsuit or something? i demand answers

The kid got away with it and Punk apologised to the fan he hit, while the WWE blamed the lack of security for the incident happening.

No lawsuit happened.

Someone I know in Sacramento knows the guy and apparently he got a pretty sizable settlement from WWE and pretty much brags about the whole situation.
