I hope Rocky Johnson is right... Dwayne needs to stay in Hollywood

I was so relieved to hear Dwayne “is making 30 million dollars a movie. Why would he need to deal with this nonsense [wrestling]?”. I was also relieved the Rock "finally" lost a match! He wrestles what, twice a year? And somehow the WWE marks were happy as pigs in shit that he had the strap.

I was surprised the match was actually half way decent! I can't imagine what it was like for Hogan to beat Dwayne all around that ring years ago at WM and have to job out.

But, the Hulkster is a true winner. Even when most of the world and nearly all the fans there wanted Hogan to win.

“I went down, and looked up and said, ‘You want me to fix this?’ And The Rock says, ‘Yeah, let’s fix it.’

The WWE is force feeding their fans "talents" like Orton, Shameus, and Swagger.... and bringing in Dwayne for one night a year and giving him a title? Can it get any worse? Cena is okay but not enough. Meanwhile the WWE is pissing away their best athletes. At least they finally put the title on Ziggler.

Is anyone old enough to remember Bischoff was kicking Vince's ASS in the ratings beginning when Hogan dropped the leg on Mach in 1996? AOL ran WCW in to the ground, hence this shit product we are seeing now (the WWE). At least we do have an alternative!! :y::y::y:

This may strike a cord with this pro-WWE forum, but when I was ringside at Lockdown I didn't hear anyone chanting for the pretzel or cotton candy guy

Good news, because I spent about a minute and a half making that burn. And I don't live at home with mom and dad like you do big fella, my time is valuable.

Congrats yet again.

Blitz 04-11-2013 02:52 AM

How old are you?

Bad News Gertner 04-11-2013 02:53 AM

Although with your douchebag smarkness, I'm guessing you live in your parents basement, haven't touched a female outside of rape, and weigh north of 300. See, it took my 10 seconds do that while at work, and I probably made more in the 10 seconds than you do in a week from your allowance.

You probably didn't hear any chanting at all.

Bad News Gertner 04-11-2013 08:52 AM

Was there even a crowd?

ron the dial 04-11-2013 08:57 AM

yes yes it was definitely AOL that ran WCW into the ground

Bad News Gertner 04-11-2013 09:00 AM

AOL was behind David Arquette's World Title run.

screech 04-11-2013 09:02 AM

They probably gave away ringside seats at Lockdown.

whiteyford 04-11-2013 09:05 AM

I just wish these socks/trolls would actually put some effort into it.

Bad News Gertner 04-11-2013 09:12 AM

Fucking trolls. Hate them so much!

whiteyford 04-11-2013 09:16 AM

It's because you're such a quiet almost delicate young man Gertner.

Bad News Gertner 04-11-2013 09:44 AM

Well I really get upset at the lack of respect some people have for our sport.

AOL raised the briefcase.

Vastardikai 04-11-2013 09:50 PM

AOL still remembers.

Kane Knight 04-11-2013 11:38 PM

AOL was the mystery GM...

What? That was resolved?

Hornswoggle?

Really?

It was a great turn out! I had to tip some vendor an extra ten bucks on his break to go get me some Hogan gear because the vendor lines throughout the Alamo Dome were so deep all night and I didn't want to miss any beer drinking or matches.

No way, man. The place was packed. TNA wrestling is the real deal. Me and some other dudes had to kick out people that were trying to mooch in from the cheap seats. I think some of the fans thought you WWE guys' homeboy D'Lo might paralyze another wrestler for life so they wanted to be close.

Not sure about what was going on in the entire arena. I was so close to the ring, I couldn't hear chants 100+ rows up. I was with some ECW guys so we mainly chanted "we want blood", and "we want tables". We did not get either of those, but this is the PG era of wrestling, so whatever.

Never thought of chanting "we are awesome". If I was bored as fuck at Raw is not war everyone probably would have.

Bad News Gertner 04-12-2013 12:45 AM

TNA is losing millions of dollars taking Impact on the road. REAL FUCKING DEAL RIGHT THERE!

SlickyTrickyDamon 04-12-2013 12:48 AM

They don't have the funds. WWE has a large bankroll, despite their horrid 7 dollar a share rate on NASDAQ. WWE used to be a consistent 15 dollar stock. Be that as it may, no promotion has WWE-style money.

TNA has a very limited bankroll. Superior creative writing talent and the best athletic wrestlers do not necessarily make a successful business. WCW and TNA are currently proof of that.

Hopefully TNA can overcome their money woes. This shit is expensive. Even with the greatest wrestler to ever live as their on-screen GM they are still hurting for money. No one has WWE/Vince McMahon money in this business.
