Draft & Destroy Game *Updated Results for 5/13 RAW*
 
READ THE RULES CAREFULLY (This is a clusterfuck game that will be fun.)

Rules
SPOILER: show

  • 30 Posters will enter this melee.
  • Entrants must not be a troll.
  • Each participant will select 1 TNA and 1 WWE Superstar.
  • It will be a 2 Round draft. #1 through #30 will pick WWE guys, then we go in reverse order with #30 through #1 to select TNA guys.
  • If your selected Superstar is defeated by pinfall, submission, or gimmick match rules - they are eliminated.
  • DQs, Countouts, and No Contests DO NOT count as an elimination.
  • Only RAW, SmackDown!, IMPACT, and LIVE PPVs (not those shitty month long specials TNA pretapes) will count.
  • The initial game will end when all of 1 company's wrestlers are eliminated.
  • A wrestler who hasn't competed in a match for 2 weeks will be eliminated.
  • The remaining posters will then do a re-draft and start the process over again.
  • We will do this over and over until there is only ONE TRUE CHAMPION.
  • The first official event for this game will be Monday Night RAW on May 6, 2013
  • The draft order will be randomized through www.random.org. I'll post a screenshot of the randomized list.
The idea is that WWE is usually more predictable, but has more chances to get you eliminated than TNA who is somewhat less predictable in their match results.

What's to stop someone picking someone like Tyson Kidd or Jeff Jarrett and having this thing last forevzzz?

Also getting everyone to draft in order and relatively quickly will probably be a bit difficult.

Could always make it so that people have to pick only main event or upper mid-carders maybe... idk. :-\

As for the draft thing I'm guessing it'll just have to be dealt with.

Kinda. We will do the re-draft once every pick from 1 company is gone. We will then do a re-draft among the remaining contestants. The idea is to see who truly is best at making selections for this game across 2 different companies and among multiple drafts. Did they get lucky or are they really THAT DAMN GOOD?

If the spots fill fast enough, I'd like to do the draft before IMPACT on Thursday and start the game on the LIVE IMPACT.

To make this game move faster and make selecting the right wrestlers even more important, I've decided that there will be a 2 WEEK IDLE RULE. If you don't wrestle for 2 weeks - you are eliminated.
