WWE 2013 Potential Roster Cuts
 

Who, in your opinion, is on the chopping block if they decide to cut some of the roster?

Besides the campaign saving people's jobs last year, history seems poised to be on the track to normal as roster cuts are expected.

You can also express who you would love to see gone from WWE, to make your personal viewing pleasure 5% or more better.

JTG, Mason Ryan, Yoshi Tatsu, Alex Reiley.

Does Curt Hawkins still work there?

Just looked through the main roster page on WWE.com, and found these likely candidates:

Camacho
Zeke Jackson
JTG
The Usos

Mason Ryan is still young and was brought up too early. I think he still has a future.

Curt Hawkins is pretty talented. He just needs to be attached to the right guy or stable and he'll be fine. I'd like to see him recruited by the 3MB or re-united with Ryder.

I don't even want Hawkins to be released. I like him. Just honestly didn't know.

Let me guess.....JTG will survive the cut again.

I think the Usos are safe, too. It seems like they're always about to be pushed, then creative forgets about them entirely only to try again a few months later.

Honestly, with what seems like a renewed focus on NXT, I feel that some of these "releaseables", if you will, have a better chance of sticking around, if for nothing more than working with the rookies.

You seem upset about this. What do you have against JTG?

Nothing to be honest, decent talent but he's barely used.

Seems with social media that fans are able to voice opinions and shit to help delay low card/enhancement talents careers from ending at WWE.

The post-Mania Roster Cuts always annoy me. All of "The Usual Suspects" could be useful to the product and, for the most part, one phrase could solve all; Rejuvenated Tag Division.

Raw is 3 hours now, cut a few of the recaps and there's the extra time needed to give another few guys TV time.

They should cut JTG, R-Truth, Big Zeke, Darren Young, Titus O'Neill and Kofi Kingston.

Then, a few months later, they all return as The New Nation?

Bet Dixie loves this time of year though.

Wonder if this year is gonna be it for Rey Mysterio with all the injuries he has. When he's healthy he's one of the best they have, but when's the last time he's been healthy?

JTG and Riley have to be. Will be shocked if make it through cuts again. A shame as A-Ry really could have been something.

Not sure about Mysterio, I've had my problems with him appearing as much as he did before he got hurt and his title runs. The 619 is one of the most ridiculous moves ever, I still to this day don't know why people would think that wrestlers fall for it.

His absence has helped me realize why I liked him in the first place, with his time in WCW with the Cruiserweight division. I wouldn't mind him going out big at Wrestlemania or w/e they have to do to close his career off right.

Lol Mysterio's not getting cut.

The money they make off selling those masks makes it worth keeping Mysterio alone.

What would even be the point of flat out releasing him? If he can go and he wants to go, there's no reason to not have him.

Problem is the WWE can't even do short term plans with him because of his constant injuries (ex. Mania plan involved him vs Sin Cara).

Only reason they haven't cut him like others with injury issues is because of his high merchandise sales and Sin Cara struggling. Same for why they don't want him to retire until they either own partial rights to keep the mask sales continuing or someone else picks up the slack in sales.

Do they really have to have a mass roster cut? Just shove them on NXT if they arent already there and call up some NXTers.

Fuck it, send someone down to the local tattoo parlour and put someone else under the mask.

I'm sure they would if they could.

They could use that El Local guy to take over as Mysterio somewhat like the time there were 2 Sin Caras. Just have to explain how he managed to grow 1/2 a foot within a year though.

mysterio is more than tattoos and mask. nobody's going to replace him for what he is, no matter how hard they try.

Kind of wish they would keep Camacho and Hunico as a team in the flagging tag team division but the others mentioned (with the exception of Hawkins as a long term enhancement guy ala Brooklyn Brawler) are all expendable.
