Glad I never saw this... The whole production behind World War Z toning down the zombie gorefest to PG-13 so the hacking/slashing/biting happens off-screen... Last time I checked, NOT even a single zombie flick was given the PG-13 crap and they showed lots of blood and guts. As a longtime zombie fan, it's the biggest bitchslap to George Romero himself who pioneered the zombie genre. And fuck Brad Pitt. He doesn't fit in a zombie movie and he's overrated shit.. Cillian Murphy from 28 Days Later does a better job of being the zombie slayer.

This movie didn't need the gore though it was kinda refreshing. And I love gory shit.
But it wasn't needed here it did fine without it.

I just saw this shit last night. T'was the goods. Forget that "needz moar blood" noise. If you need gushing gallons of the red, red kroovy to tell you shit is real and get distracted by one actor, that's YOUR fault. There was enough violence going on on-screen to get the point across once the zombies appeared.

There are a few good Jews in the world. Maybe 20, he's one of them I guess.
