Does Eric Young have a new gimmick? (lol TNA)
 

Watching TNA right now for some reason and I see eric young (in a #1 contenders match) has a huge beard going on... I am hearing Mike Tenay say the crowd loves Eric young but Taz responds with "Yes but he shouldn't be the hood oranment of this company if you know what I mean"

....Seriously?

Eric Young kicks ass.

He's made every gimmick they threw at him work.

Not sure when EY grew the beard, but I'm pretty sure I remember him having it when I tuned in a few months ago and saw him teaming with ODB.

And Tazz's comment seems to be a poke at WWE's Daniel Bryan storyline.

His thing with ODB was like years ago. Hes had a beard for several years

Maybe I cant really ever get into TNA, I remember he didnt have one with The Band

I think the crazier his current gimmick is the longer his beard

The beard isn't new but him in a contender match is. Also Tazz doing a "face of tna" like comment. Guess they are officially throwing in the towel stealing stuff right and left now.

They might not be, it might have been a throw away comment.

Yeah its been a while he's had that beard. Might of even had it a bit before his stuff with ODB.
