Del Rio retiring soon also makes sense considering he was around 32 when he got signed and already had a long career in Mexico before the WWE.

Del Rio was older than that when he was signed. I believe he was 34 or 35 at the time of signing.

Del Rio doesn't seem that old. Thought he was still "fairly young".

Wearing a mask all those years in Mexico kept his face silky smooth. No wrinkles until he's 50! Plus, Mexican aristocrats are supposed to have flawless complexions because they don't work in the haciendas like the commoners!
